Resumen
En este trabajo exploramos la reconfiguración del trabajo docente durante la Educación Remota de Emergencia adoptada ante la irrupción de la pandemia de covid-19 en la provincia de Santiago del Estero, Argentina. Se realizaron entrevistas por vía telefónica o virtual a personal docente y directivo y a referentes comunitarios de diversas localidades y parajes de la provincia. Entre los resultados identificamos las estrategias desplegadas por las escuelas. Encontramos que la construcción y fortalecimiento de vínculos y formatos de acompañamiento (niveles centrales del sistema-escuelas, escuela-comunidad, escuela-familias y entre pares docentes y pares estudiantes) emerge como una estrategia privilegiada para sostener la continuidad pedagógica en este contexto.
In this study, we explore the recon! guration of teaching work during the Emergency Remote Education adopted in response to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in the province of Santiago del Estero, Argentina. Interviews were conducted by phone or virtually with teaching staff, administrative personnel, and community leaders from various locations and settings within the province. Among the ! ndings, we identi! ed strategies deployed by schools. We found that the construction and strengthening of bonds and support formats (between central levels of the system and schools, school-community, schoolfamilies, and among peer teachers and students) emerged as a privileged strategy to sustain pedagogical continuity in this context.
